FAQs

What is the Wellness Appointment?

Our Wellness Appointment gives us a more in depth look at your body. It is designed for patients dealing with gut discomfort, chronic muscle/joint pain, chronic immune issues, trouble losing weight, sleep, fatigue, inflammation, emotional trauma, sensitivities, anxiety, or other deep level issues. We work to discover the root cause of your symptoms while also, raising the foundational level of health your body’s health.

I am a new patient. How do I know which treatment to book?

As a new patient, we begin care with either a Chiropractic Appointment or a Wellness Appointment. If you believe your issues to be purely structural dealing with symptoms of low back pain, neck pain, headaches, or short-term muscle and joint pain/stiffness we recommend chiropractic care. For more complex, deeper level, chronic issues, or simply to gain an understanding on how to improve your health, we recommend the Wellness Appointment.

How do I prepare for my Wellness Appointment?

During the 24 hours before your Wellness Appointment, please refrain from alcohol or other toxic substance use. On the morning of your appointment, we ask that you refrain from taking any supplements. We want our scan to read a true image of your body without the benefit of supplementation. Also, please no coffee or other forms of caffeine on the morning of your appointment.

Is there a minimum age for the Wellness Appointment?

We can treat children of any age including newborns. This applies to both Chiropractic and Wellness appointments. Because there is a strong connection between mother and child, we may begin by working on the mother during our Wellness Appointments.

Can I be adjusted during my Wellness Appointment?

During your Wellness Appointment, we normally do not have time to work on the body in a structural manner. If you feel that you need chiropractic care, it is highly recommended to book a chiropractic appointment in addition to your Wellness Appointment.

Can I bring my kids to my appointment?

In order to provide you with optimal care, our practitioners need a quiet and controlled environment. We also need the complete attention of our patients as there is a great deal of education that takes place. For this reason, it is recommended to make other arrangements for your children. We do understand that this is not always possible so during those times we ask that you please remind your children to be on their best behavior sitting quietly so we can provide you the care you need.

Can I order supplements from you without making an appointment?

Most of our supplements can be ordered through the shop page of our website. They will be ready to pick up at the front desk by the next business day (pending availability). If you do not see the supplement you are looking for, give us a call.

What is your cancellation policy?

Canceling/Rescheduling:

A 48 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment date is required for canceling or rescheduling. If this window is not met, patients will be charged 50% of their booked treatment as a cancellation fee.

No Call/No Show:

If a patient does not call to cancel or reschedule and does not show up to their scheduled appointment time, the patient will be charged the FULL amount of their appointment cost.
